《好东西要留给朋友》

Yesterday was a theory day. Love the module professional practice for artist. Why? I've got a good lecturer, someone I think I can look upon to. She shared a book content regarding a young artist from NY whom just graduated and felt lost, having difficulties in associating well within the art society and the world. Thus he started writing letters to renown artist for example Xubin.
After reading those letters, I felt encouraged and liberated. Still, I think art students in Spore, like me lack of that intense passion for arts. Being in a comfort zone I'm in now, I couldn't grow. Restrictions lead to contemplations for my future.

And so, met up with the girls for dinner after school at the Spore flyer's popeye's.
Chatted on games we used to play in primary school. MEMORIES. Those carefree life.
Shutter bus-ed back to Funan. Free shutter bus, strong wind and jackets made us felt like we're heading for a holiday. 2nd day of school and we're already thinking of that. Tsk. LOL


Today was painting class!:D
Did not paint any painting during the break so I felt all excited to hold on to my brushes and start painting. It's our very first portrait exercise, thus many people felt tense and all. Me too, so I uttered a prayer before I get started. Thank God it was a good start.
Shall continue to strive for precises and perfections.
Shall treat praises as encouragement not like a 'balloon pump' that will blow up my head.
After which I met up with Bekah for lunch!
Had ramen and ice-cream at SMU's Mr bean. The wind accelerated my normal eating speed and I ended up with sticky hands. We were both laughing throughout that 'storm'. HAHA. Since there's time before her next lesson, we headed to Spore art museum. This bubble installation got us both rather fascinated. I had a great time catching up! Make it weekly? Heh

Wonder if I'll be able to meet Mr Gopal during the two days open house.
Ahh, I'll miss two lessons on friday. ARGH. Hope that I won't miss out too much.
