Todays the 31st and its Molina's birthday. So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MO=) cool ah. time passes really fast and i still can relatively remember what happen a year ago at her bdae party.

Anyway, today we're suppose to present our assignment to everyone. But guess what, the teacher didnt come because of personal reasons. Man, whats wrong la. Now we gonna have extra make-up lesson.=(

Went to eat ROTI PRATA for lunch. I still prefer chinese food. hah

When we eat, we were sharing cold jokes and lame qns. I can say it kinda fun.=D

After eating shufen, adelene and devia(not sure the spelling) accompany me to buy the eng books at campus 3. Thanks to 'em! hah Later went home with Shufen by bus 65.

I prefer bus 23 though. Its reaches my destination faster. So yeah.

I'm hungry and dinner is curry again. Today shall be the curry day.

Finally i have the mood to blog. School is fine actually. Guess im too used to the everyday-stay-at-home routine for the past six months, or more? Anyway, its good to start school. At least i have a goal in my life to accomplish=D

Life in Nafa is totally different from secondary school's. Same like poly. Less spoon-feeding and the lecturers doesnt see us as student or kids. Rather, young adults learning. So, we are to call them by name instead of Mrs/Mr/Ms who-who. yeah.

Today was my first in-house English lesson in Nafa. Kinda waste of time actually. We sat there listening to the teacher. No HW given. Probably its the first lesson. Anyway, i really do hope i'll pass my eng this time!!! And we got to pay for two books which cost $40 dollars can! AGAIN, money needed. Im really tramatised by the amt. of money needed for every lesson. Its like never ending of expenditure la.=(

okays, i got to cook now and do my assignment later. Due tmr!!! And we got to present! AH! im nuts in presenting in front of every1!

Lesson today was photo+creative imaging lesson. I doubt i'll excel in it. hah
This module is meant for VC ppl not fine arts. However i shall try my best, no matter what=))

Anyway today lesson ended at 10.30. It suppose to end at 12 la. Anyway, its honeymoon still so ya.
So ended up going out with friends to eat prata and then play pool. hah.
i've learnt thoroughly how to play it alr but promise wont get addicted to it.. hah=X

Met up with sister pear later and walk around TM.. As usual sales everywhere..
we both bought bra from Lasenza. mine is much cheaper then hers la. Got 50% off. heh

Met up with kert at 8am to take bus 23 to Nafa. Its a 45 minutes bus ride so i guess its okay?

Pearl's an one hour bus ride to NYP. So yeah tml i'll be going sch alone, ALONE~

Today first day of school was crap.

Late for class, as we're queueing for the timetable.

i have a hard time finding for my class la. Its hiding in one small corner can.

my semester one timetable.. abit blur i guess.. cool sia. mon to wed can leave at 12 noon=D

Anyways, i found an empty seat beside a girl name AD. I broke the ice by checking the class with her. Then, led to self introduction. Basically we crapped throughout(however with some sense in it)=) Thank God for always placing me beside friendly ppls=))

We waited for 1 hour plus in the class and the lecturer still didnt show up. We're like thinking maybe he forgot abt us and all. Then a malay guy in red went out the classroom with his bag.

We thought he was mad and had enough that he leave the class. hah=)

However, he came back and talk straight to the class, "Wa, i walked the whole school up and down and asked around. Our lecturer take MC la. We can go home alr. No lesson today la can go home".

The other class' is worst, the lecturer cancelled class. I was thinking why nafa teachers so 'dua pai'.

Anyway, hopefully in the future it wont happen oftenly.=X

Then i headed to novena to find mom at Tan Tock Seng. So happpy to see mama. im her baby, small baby. hhaahh =P Sister came to meet us too and after mom collect her medicine we went TM for lunch. i was so hungry! hah=)Then mom bought a esprit bag for me, got 30% discount. Zinc bag reallly not durable. First was its handle, then was the zip. The whole zip literally went off in class today. So malu, my friend saw. hah.

After NTUC, we went home and i slept for hours. im tired..

Church was fine today, syjia led worship for the first time and its GOOD! well done woman. ahah.
However, today was less crappy and funny cos our dear eva is sick!

Tml will be my first lesson in NAFA.. hopefully i can cope with it! WHOOSH~
By the way, i suppose to receive my timetable la.
But theres no attachment of it in the email. Whats wrong sia.. hope i can get it from school tml=X

Confidences that come from within

After helping out at the art room, went to eat teppanyaki(dont know spelled correctly or not) at TM with molina. Its my first time eating it so i find it cool. hah=D

Later went shopping. For me is window shopping though. hah need to save money! so excited=)
Then i went to cut my hair at Kimage. quite nervous abt it. Molina together with her bf is so nice to accompany me there. Feel paiseh luh. So thanks!

Luckily they lend me the card so theres a discount=D its not bad though

NAFA Orientation OVER~

Time passes really fast, yesterday was placement test and now, orientation's over=X
Nafa is nice to give us goodie bag consist of brochures, NAfa drawing pad and some artfriend's art materials=D hah
MOST OF ALL, free ARTFRIEND membership for 3 yrs! YAYXD hah
(carissa must be thinking how auntie i am, ahah)
many ppl apply for it okay=P heh

Anyway, i got to know some new friends and THANK GOD i met Kert. shes from sthildas too=)

English Placement Test OVER~

Finally its over.. hah=))

Woke up at 8.45a.m today and daddy drove me to school=) sister tagged along to send dad to work and then come back to send me back tamp. after test..

I had a really bad stomach before the test, yet i bear the pain till the test was over. hah=)

Disastrous i tell you.

At first the pain was just random, but as i'm doing the last section of the paper(which is writing), the pain is unbearable to the extent that it will come out any time. hah. its kinda gross i know.

Guess i drank milk yesterday thats why.

Anyway thank God everything is fine though i crapped alittle as i go along the last few qns.

Overall the test is managable, in fact easy=) hallelujah

Straight after the test i headed to the toilet and called up my sis after that.

We then came back to tamp. and i meet up with molina..

Ate lunch at sakae, and we bought apple strudel for Mr Gopal.

Headed to St.hildas art room=)

The smell of wax is so memorable. Though its unpleasant, but it kind of brought back many memories. Time we spent in art room(almost everyday), doing batik and prac work.

Most of all Mr gopal's scolding. hah=D c l a s s i c can.

Going back this saturday to help out. YAY! funfunfun

Tml is finally my eng placement test.... argh. hopefully i wont place in the last class! i really wanna concentrate and study hard, pass my eng this year!! ahh.. if not $$$ wasted...

went TP today to meet up with eunice and carissa.. went i walked in, i felt like an intruder la.. hah. so uncomfortable. hopefully it wont be that feeling when i walk into NAFA tml and the next day=)
and yea, sometimes i wonder choosing nafa over SP is a right choice or not.. wells, hopefully it is!!
hah..

later, we ate at pastamania for dinner.. i can say we didnt really enjoy it. so yeah...=X

After i reached home i called pearl and met up with her to pass her geog. book. Well she told me abt her problems faced in poly, and we stood there talking for abt an hr.. we got to really find the right clique to hang out with.. friends that we can share troubles, sorrows, happiness with. Friends that can understand how we feel and most of all what we are talking abt.. yea. so jiayou pearl!! slowly, GOd will make a way for you. Ask for it and he shall bless ya!! DONt worry!
Most of all, if theres any unhappiness, dont forget us, approach us=)
just throw all the 'rubbish' to us and forget abt it=P

yesterday went to Outram Park to do my braces. I've mentioned to the dentist abt my front teeth going inwards already. then she realised it too and help me do something so that it'll go out a little. hah, and told me that if i realise any movement of it must tell her.. Thanks to carissa for telling me abt it actually.. she noticed it first.. haha=))

i then later met up with carol for dinner. we ate at CS foodcourt, western food.. nice! hah =D

Went vivocity again with sister.. hahs watched HarryPotter and the order of the phonix. Dont know why he got to kiss that asian girl.. Then went to page1, a bookstore to purchase a new pencilcase for school. lalala.=P hah

went home for dinner and just now eva surprised me on the msn..
she told me she'd be my first customer then i was like thinking im not selling anything, why shes saying that.. hah...
Then she went on saying that she want me to help her draw like what i did for my cousins' wedding. Coz she wanted it as a bdae gift for her friend. so i was like okay, deal! Since it due in nov. hah
But im kinda scared that it wont turn out good as expected and ya, leads to disappointment..
Anyway, just gonna do my best and yeah with God, all thing is possible!=))

went out with sis and mom to tm again.. had our lunch and i went over to MANGO at isetan and they are having sales.. hahhahs(heart pumping). but again, temptation. no good..
can see that s'pore's mango is cheaper that taiwan's. yeah.
Then we headed of to NTUC and i met eunice's parents.. hah. such coincidence.. i greeted her father and he gave a big smile=D

Finally got to meet up with my besties.. Eva's nose is fine, just a red dot and thank God=) Shes brave!! hah=) Leading youth Worship for the first time can be kinda scary, glad that our youth ppl are nice ppl, they helped me and encourages me=)) Shien help me with the OHP papers, encouraging me, wanxin didnt give me stress at all and save me when im leading.(actually, i m not really leading.. hah. i got confuse halfway. oops) Also my dearest sista, she help me to photocopy lyrics and choose songs. THANKS ALOT=D

today lesson's abt our lifes and how God change us.. got to know more abt my besties=) Glad that all are fine with God's love=) yeps hahha

Dinner's nice, Eva's parents treated us at crystal jade. i think its better than dingtaifeng=) then we went to chill at mac at farrer road.. its huge and spacious.. nice place with a pond with hundreds(i think) of turtles in it..=X

abt 2 more weeks to NAfa orientation.............

and Eng 'O' levels oral coming..........ahhh...................i think i forgot what mr K had teached..

smile is the best makeup on earth and i shall learn to put it on often!!

i miss Taiwan, my grandma and relatives already... =( (sis was crying last night la, i can understand how she feel abt the loneliness ahma will face in tainan.. but what can we do? theres no way we can bring her here, she got kidney failure and its not easy arrange..thus we might go back in nov. this yr again.. to see her) i miss tainan's carefree lifestyle, unlike s'pore's fast-paced lifestyle. Most of the ppl there are kind-hearted esp. towards the elderlies and more.. not that s'poreans are not kind, just that they dont express it out oftenly, including me=(

Anyway, now that im back, i shall focus on my studies, new life in Nafa and all.. Not forgetting to contact my friends in sec school =)) heh.
i'll remember to study hard as Grandma told me not to let mom down and not to waste money. hahz. guess theres lotsa ppl thinking that arts is no much future and i'll hope to prove them wrong..
Well, i can only trust in the lord as all things are possible with the Lord =)

i didnt get to buy miss little series tees for jia coz i couldnt find any.. i've asked many shops but to no avail.. so i just get a tee for her. hope its alright=X shopping in taiwan is a fuss, sweating hot and long-distance walk. gosh. luckily i still got what i need for school starts.. oh, tainan dont have skinny jeans. they only have straight cuts.. i wanted to cut my hair there too, but 10 DAYS what can i do? hah

tomorrows sunday and church! didnt catch up with my besties last week and i kinda misses them already=P hah.. and i gonna lead worship tml, my first time.. gosh so scared luh.. pray hard everything will be fine...=x

back to taiwan =)
